Returns
At TAV, we want you to be happy with your purchase. While we do not offer refunds or direct exchanges, we do provide store credit for returned items, which can be used on our website. Please note, store credit for items purchased online are onluy redeemable online, they cannot be used in our physical stores.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for store credit, returned items must meet the following criteria:
- Items must be returned within 10 days of receipt.
- Items must be in unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition.
- All original tags must be attached.

Sale items cannot be returned.
Please note that TAV Pacific is not responsible for lost or missing return parcels, and the cost of return postage is the customer’s responsibility. We strongly recommend using a registered or traceable postal service for your return.
How to Return an Item

- In your parcel, please include a note with your Order Number and the name/contact details used to place the order.
After We Receive Your Return
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will email you a discount code equal to the value of your original purchase.
You can use this code to purchase any item on our website, whether it’s a different size, color, or an entirely new product. Please note that we do not automatically exchange items—you are free to use your store credit as you wish.
